Job Description

The position will be full-time and will involve shift work.

Responsibilities

As a process operator, you are a key person in production. You are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining production processes. You ensure that manufacturing is carried out efficiently and according to high quality standards and guidelines. It is a varied role where you work closely with your colleagues to achieve common goals.

Your main tasks include:

  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes using advanced systems.
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any disruptions in production.
  • Actively contribute to optimizing and developing processes.
  • Follow strict routines and safety regulations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a responsible and structured team player. You have a good technical understanding and a strong interest in working with advanced equipment. Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries, is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • A strong sense of quality and precision.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • High school education, preferably with a technical focus.
